Job summary

Poutrix is searching for a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Little Rock, Arkansas. The successful candidate will manage water and wastewater projects, overseeing each phase from planning through construction while engaging in business development.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, including proficiency in project management and a PE license. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, 401(k), and 20 PTO days per year.

Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant engineering project management experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management for water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Evaluate plans and technical design for completeness.
• Prepare construction packages and manage contractor procurement.
