Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Design Engineer to join our Resilience Water team. You will lead design and construction activities for water and wastewater facilities, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with the Philadelphia and Paramus offices and national teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in civil/environmental/mechanical/chemical engineering, has 10+ years in water/wastewater, and a NJ PE license or ability to obtain it within six months; travel may

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater industry experience.
• PE License in New Jersey or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in design and construction engineering activities for water and wastewater facilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop project scopes, fee estimates, and ensure compliance with Arcadis practices and safety standards.
• Engage with clients and manage design staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
