Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Alpharetta, GA to provide strategic leadership and oversight of large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects for public and private clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater system design and project management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client contact for major projects, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.
• Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, proposals, and contracts.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, including plans, reports, specifications, and calculations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to utility provider requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocations across multiple assignments.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews, constructability evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Represent the firm at client presentations, board meetings, and public hearings.
• Lead business development efforts including pursuits, RFQs, proposals, and account growth.
• Support firmwide initiatives related to staff development, standards, and best practices.
