The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a P.E. license, and over 15 years of experience in water resources engineering. You will provide leadership, manage project quality, and engage with clients and regulatory agencies.

This position offers the opportunity to drive business development initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in water resources engineering, including team leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in water and wastewater design.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local water and wastewater regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for major water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee technical quality and regulatory compliance of engineering deliverables.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, certifying plans and documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)

Master’s degree (preferred)
