Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a focus on water/wastewater projects to lead planning and design efforts and drive business development across the U.S.

You will mentor engineering staff, ensure scope, schedule and budget compliance, and collaborate with clients to deliver high‑quality solutions in a hybrid work setting across several industrial offices, including Boston.

Qualifications

• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency varies by project.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM on water/wastewater projects and act as main client contact.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Own scope, schedule, and budget development and adherence.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist others on projects.
• Support technical marketing and business development across the U.S.
