Brown and Caldwell is seeking aSenior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater programs in the Northeast. You will oversee planning, delivery, governance, risk, and benefits realization while coordinating cross-functional teams across projects.

The role offers remote, hybrid, or local office options with travel to customer sites and Brown and Caldwell offices as needed; mentorship and continuous program improvements are emphasized.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project or program management.
• Experience delivering moderately complex to complex projects.
• Water and wastewater program experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Northeast territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Apply our program management services to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Guide programs through planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout phases.
• Oversee governance and stakeholder management within the programs organization.
• Plan and coordinate resources, timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Monitor progress and drive benefits realization while adjusting as needed.
• Utilize sales techniques for successful negotiation and transaction.
• Support additional assignments as needs evolve.
