Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project management or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field; PM certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Apply program management services to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout across programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet quality and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and drive benefits realization.
• Support sales through effective negotiation and transactions.
• Travel within the territory to client sites and Brown and Caldwell offices as needed.
