Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Manager for our Columbia, MD office to lead design consultants and construction teams on water distribution and wastewater projects. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables across capital improvements in Charles County and surrounding areas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent, 5–7 years of water infrastructure PM experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in project/construction management for water facilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with design and construction practices and principles.
• Ethical decision‑making regarding company funds and resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage design consultants and construction contractors on water systems projects.
• Coordinate project designers and construction managers’ activities.
• Manage capital improvement projects’ schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate permit activities.
• Provide technical presentations to project teams and stakeholders.
