Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Water/Wastewater Pipeline Engineer to lead planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater pipelines in Southern California. You will work with municipal, utility, and private clients, delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a CA-licensed PE or ability to obtain within 6 months, a civil/mechanical engineering background, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of water and/or wastewater pipeline projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and delivery of water and wastewater pipeline projects, including feasibility studies and design.
• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for water, sewer, and recycled water pipelines.
• Attend meetings with clients and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
