Job summary

LVI Associates in Naples, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead municipal water, wastewater and underground utility projects across Southwest Florida. You will oversee multiple projects, manage budgets, schedules and project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget completions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil construction, experience with treatment plants, pump and lift stations, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, water/wastewater, or utility construction.
• Experience managing treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, force mains, and underground utilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects to ensure successful execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
