Job summary

PC Construction seeks a senior project manager to lead water and wastewater treatment programs in NE Florida. You will direct a team of construction professionals, ensure contractual requirements are met, and drive safety, budget and schedule goals on projects exceeding $75M.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or construction management and at least ten years as a PM on similar projects, plus seven years supervising multiple PMs.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction management.
• Ten years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on similar projects.
• Projects ranging from $75M to $150M per project.
• Seven years supervising construction activities and managing multiple PMs.
• Ability to supervise multiple Project Managers.
• Collaborative leadership and success in complex water and wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet all contractual requirements and ensure conformity to plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and cash flow.
• Build and maintain relationships with owner, architect/engineer, CM, and project partners.
• Ensure schedule reflects construction plan and progress.
• Foster communication and information sharing across teams.
• Oversee staffing plans and forecast personnel needs.
• Manage procurement goals and ensure scope, pricing, and schedule meet project needs.
• Develop and execute a quality control plan.
• Promote safe work behaviors and address site safety needs.
• Embrace Lean practices and participate in work plan activities.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Grow business relationships vital to company success.
• Actively participate in obtaining new work and proposals.
