MRB Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead project delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate design and construction oversight for municipal water and wastewater projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil engineering for public works, a Texas P.E. license, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD. The role includes business development, client meetings, and mentoring staff in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in municipal/public works projects.
• Texas P.E. license required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, client relations and outreach for municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Coordinate design, construction oversight and budgeting for assigned projects.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates and contract documents.
• Mentor staff and drive business development in the region.
