The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil engineering focused on water and wastewater systems, with PE license or ability to obtain, and a proven track record of multi-stakeholder coordination and leadership within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; PE license required or ability to obtain
• 15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with a focus on water and wastewater systems
• Proven experience delivering municipal water/wastewater programs and infrastructure projects
• Experience leading complex, multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders and funding partners
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; ability to build client relationships and support business development

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex municipal water/wastewater programs and projects
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of water/wastewater systems
• Manage contracts, subconsultants, and regulatory coordination
• Ensure strong financial performance across project portfolios
• Prepare and oversee engineering deliverables (plans, specs, reports, cost estimates)
• Serve as Engineer of Record or technical lead on projects
