Job summary

Donohue & Associates, a firm with national water/wastewater expertise in a small company environment, seeks an experienced engineer to grow the water and wastewater market share through client and project interactions.

You will acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships while working closely with project teams throughout planning, design, construction, and operational services phases.

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced engineering degree and PE registration.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource, planning and designing water and wastewater systems.
• Identify and pursue strategic target clients to drive growth across Wisconsin and neighboring states.
• Lead relationship-building efforts with clients to understand challenges and win projects.
• Champion client interests and ensure satisfaction within contractual commitments.
• Provide insights to ensure proposals address client concerns and goals.
• Serve as a Project Manager when needed, directing multi-discipline teams to meet budget and schedule.
• Provide QC reviews in area of expertise.
• Engage in professional organizations and industry events to showcase capabilities.
