Job summary

Donohue & Associates seeks an experienced engineer to expand the water and wastewater market share through client and project interactions. You will acquire new clients and maintain relationships while working with project teams through planning, design, construction, and operations.

The candidate should have 15+ years of experience, a PE license, and strong communication skills to manage multi-discipline teams across the Wisconsin market and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering field.
• PE registration or licensure required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater.
• Proven ability to develop new clients and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource for planning and designing water and wastewater systems.
• Identify and pursue strategic target clients to drive growth across the region.
• Lead relationship-building with clients and ensure satisfaction with projects.
• Provide project management leadership and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Contribute insights to proposals to address client needs and goals.
