Job summary

Donohue & Associates in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer/Project Manager to lead projects from planning through operations for municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems.

You will partner with clients and the project team to deliver quality work on time and within budget, leveraging your expertise in pumping, piping, and related process equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-discipline project teams across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Experience designing water/wastewater systems, pumping, piping, valves, and process equipment.
• Team-and client-focused attitude delivering quality on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active participation in professional associations is a plus.
• B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering.
• PE registration.
• 10+ years of relevant technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership, planning, design, construction, and operational services for water/wastewater systems.
• Collaborate with clients and Donohue project teams through all project phases.
• Lead multi-discipline project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
