Qualifications

• Registered professional engineer with extensive municipal water/wastewater leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering pump stations, treatment facilities, or linear infrastructure.
• Strong client engagement and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of WS/WW projects (pump stations, treatment facilities, conveyance).
• Drive business development, client relations, proposals, and interviews.
• Mentor and grow the local team, ensure delivery quality and repeatable workflows.
