Trinity Consultants in Tucson, AZ seeks a Principal Consultant (Water/Wastewater Engineering) to lead expert-level regulatory, compliance, and technical support across disciplines. You will manage complex client projects, mentor staff, and contribute to risk reduction while advancing municipal, mining, and water/wastewater projects in Arizona.

The role emphasizes project leadership and client relationship building, with opportunities to mentor engineers and contribute to market growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline or in a related field.
• Preference for registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a project manager in an engineering environment focused on Water and Wastewater systems.
• Expertise in Federal and Local water/wastewater regulations and design standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and mentor project managers, PEs, EITs, drafters and other staff.
• Create and review written proposals and professional fees.
• Write, manage and quality-check technical engineering reports.
• Develop and manage water/wastewater design projects (distribution, collection, pumps, lifts, piping).
• Oversee and QC hydraulic models and master plans.
• Coordinate deliverables from subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Coordinate communication between WestLand, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Build relationships with current and future clients and vendors.
• Manage multi-level staffing, vendors, and subconsultants on simple to complex projects.
• Oversee overall project delivery and risk mitigation across project levels.
