Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical, environmental, civil, or related engineering discipline.
- 20–25 years of progressively responsible experience in water resources management, wastewater treatment, and municipal systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff providing technical assistance to small, underserved water utilities nationwide.
- Assess and promote innovative water and wastewater treatment technologies.
- Evaluate design, costs, feasibility, and environmental impacts of projects.
- Guide preparation, review, and delivery of preliminary engineering reports.
- Manage environmental sampling and field surveys; prepare technical reports.
- Provide guidance on eligibility and requirements for federal funding programs including SRF.
- Lead business development, client relationships, and proposals.
