Qualifications
- Bachelors or better in Engineering.
- Water and sewer systems design and/or rehabilitation.
- Permitting; Construction; Project bid package development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary teams delivering water and wastewater infrastructure solutions from planning through construction.
- Lead water/wastewater consulting tasks including planning, detailed design calculations, alternative analysis and selection, cost estimating, equipment selection, project prioritization, and CIP development.
- Mentor and guide junior staff with regular client-facing interaction; travel to client offices and sites; local travel within Allegheny County (10–15%) with occasional broader travel.
