• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
• At least seven years of progressive water/wastewater experience.
• Experience with permits, regulatory coordination, and client engagement.

• Lead and oversee water and wastewater projects from planning through execution.
