Job summary

GRW seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead the Knoxville, TN office and grow the Water practice in Tennessee. You will plan, design and oversee construction administration of utility infrastructure projects, collaborating with clients, officials and engineers.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering, Tennessee PE registration, and 10+ years in design/construction within a consulting environment, plus strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering.
• TN PE registration (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 10 years' experience in water/wastewater design and construction administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to prepare reports and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and oversee construction administration of water/wastewater projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, officials and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and grow the Knoxville water practice.
