Job summary

GRW Engineers, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Water/Wastewater Engineer with project management experience to lead design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will manage planning, design, bidding and construction administration, visit job sites and meet with clients and stakeholders while guiding a project team to deliver high‑quality results and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering required; PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months.
• 4–8 years of design and construction administration experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; able to lead and manage project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and administer construction of water utility and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Lead scope definitions, estimates, and contract deliverables; manage project schedule and budget.
• Visit sites, meet with clients and stakeholders, and present project updates.
• Provide effective communication and guidance to project teams and clients.

GRW Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with a project management background in water/wastewater including wet weather and storm water in our Nashville office.

You complete the planning, design, and construction administration of utility infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering
• Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain within six (6) months
• 4-8 years experience with design and construction administration of water utility and wastewater infrastructure projects in a consulting environment
• Strong technical background and experience in water resource engineering. Must be proficient at the execution of planning, design, bidding, and construction administration phases of water infrastructure projects.
• Proficient at Project Management. Must prepare scope-of-work and level-of-effort estimates for contract proposals; must lead and manage team for successful execution of contracted scope, budget, and schedule.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively write reports and business correspondence, and present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and the general public.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
