The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/CE (PE preferred) and 4–8 years in civil construction. Proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office is expected, with MS Project or Primavera P6 a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/CE; P.E. preferred.
• 4–8 years of water/wastewater/civil construction experience; CM/Field Engineer roles acceptable.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or P6 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Owner, Contractor, and project team, ensuring clear communication.
• Review plans, specs, and contract docs to understand scope and objectives.
• Lead progress and owner meetings; document key decisions.
