Job summary

Wilson Engineers is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Tempe, Arizona office. This role leads complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative water infrastructure solutions.

We expect a Civil Engineering degree with a PE license and at least five years in water/wastewater design, including project management experience. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required; PE license is mandatory.
• Minimum five years in Water/Wastewater design with at least two years in project management.
• Experience includes design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster/pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans.
• Ability to review shop drawings, RFIs, and issue Engineers Directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water/wastewater projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop designs, reports, plans, specs, and cost estimates for municipal projects.
• Manage projects from planning through delivery within budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Provide construction support, design reviews, and field issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering staff.
