The role requires strong project management and technical leadership to ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment while mentoring staff and collaborating with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license preferred for senior-level accountability.
• Minimum eight years in water/wastewater design with at least five years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil water/wastewater projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop designs, reports, plans, specs, cost estimates, and permitting docs.
