LVI Associates in Nebraska, USA, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee water and wastewater construction across the Upper Midwest. This hands-on role leads field crews, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent in water/wastewater plant construction, self-perform experience, and a proven ability to manage multi-trade crews while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on water and wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, process piping, equipment installation, and utilities.
• Experience managing municipal upgrades and new facility construction.
• Self-perform construction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple trades.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Upper Midwest.

Responsabilités

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and craft personnel while maintaining safety and productivity.
• Coordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Work closely with project managers, owners, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality control inspections.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Assist with planning and execution of self-performed work activities including civil, concrete, mechanical, and underground utility scopes.
