LVI Associates in Houston seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage crews, coordinate subs and vendors, and ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality adherence.

You'll apply your strong knowledge of utilities, lift stations and treatment facilities, read plans, develop work plans, and maintain tight progress tracking while enforcing safety standards on all sites.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of water mains, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage, lift stations, and treatment facilities.
• Experience managing self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of scheduling, production tracking, and project sequencing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Houston area.

• Manage daily field operations on water and wastewater construction projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and municipal representatives.
• Track production, manpower, equipment utilization, and project progress.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure proper execution.
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
