Veolia North America is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee a PFAS treatment project at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant in New Jersey. The role requires managing a cross-functional team, driving design-build activities, and delivering the project safely, on time, and within budget.

You will lead QA/QC, coordinate with the designer/build partner, and ensure regulatory and Veolia safety standards are met throughout construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing water/wastewater design and construction projects.
• Experience with design-build or alternate project delivery methods and contracting approaches.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Design-Build partner reviews and selection, and challenge construction alternatives in early design.
• Lead construction activities and QA/QC to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage interface with the Design-Build partner during construction and commissioning.
• Ensure Veolia safety rules are followed on site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
