Veolia in North America seeks a Construction Manager for a PFAS treatment project at the Haworth WTP in Haworth, NJ. The role covers design-build coordination, cost control, scheduling, and safety compliance across multiple phases through 2032.

The candidate will oversee construction management activities, supervise site work, and act as Veolia’s representative with the design-build partner, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience managing water/wastewater design and construction projects.
• Experience with design-build or alternative delivery methods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee design-build activities and evaluate construction alternatives.
• Manage QA/QC requirements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Liaise with Designer/Build partner and Veolia operations staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulatory permits.
