Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/biological/agricultural engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for potable water distribution, transmission, storage, pump stations, and water treatment projects.
• Serve as the technical authority for design quality, engineering standards, and QA/QC across multiple projects.
• Lead design oversight for water distribution systems, transmission mains, storage tanks, and water treatment facilities.
• Review and approve complex engineering calculations, hydraulic models, studies, plans, and reports.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions for challenging water infrastructure projects.
• Establish engineering best practices, standards, and design approaches for project delivery.
• Partner with Project Leaders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence.
• Support business development through proposals, scope development, and client pursuits.
• Mentor engineers and professionals while strengthening Water Environment expertise.
• Represent GBA as a trusted technical advisor with clients and regulators.
