Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• PE licensure required.
• Recognized industry certification (e.g., QEP, CEP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Perform technical design for stormwater conveyance systems, detention and retention facilities, roadway drainage, bridge hydraulics, floodplain management, and water quality improvements.
• Lead engineering projects including budgeting, scheduling, coordination, quality assurance, and client communication.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and review technical studies, reports, calculations, specifications, and documents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and technical excellence throughout project delivery.
• Support business development through proposal preparation, scope development, and fee estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continued growth of GBA's Water Environment practice.
