The position offers senior leadership responsibility, opportunity to grow client relationships, mentor engineers, and influence the direction of the water team within a respected engineering consultancy.

Qualificações

• Active PE license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience across water/wastewater treatment, distribution, collection infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership across water and wastewater projects.
• Lead project teams through planning, design and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on infrastructure challenges and project requirements.
• Support proposals, scopes and project plans.
• Identify opportunities within client relationships and help win work.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the water team.
• Coordinate workloads and resources for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership on wider team development.
