Job summary

Carollo Engineers is seeking a senior civil/environmental engineer to lead wastewater and reuse projects for public and private clients. You will supervise staff, prepare technical evaluations, and manage budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes client liaison, technical leadership, and development of innovative treatment concepts, with opportunities to advance in a respected water-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental/ mechanical/chemical engineering and CA PE.
• 10+ years of professional experience in wastewater/reuse design for environmental consulting.
• Strong communication with clients and project teams; team leadership ability.
• Experience with master planning, conveyance, and treatment plant design.

Responsibilities

• Manages and conducts engineering work on wastewater and reuse projects for multiple clients.
• Prepares and delivers technical evaluations, reports and electronic deliverables.
• Supervise staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others; ensure quality standards.
• Manage budget, schedule, contractual obligations and client objectives.
• Develop relationships with clients and contribute to proposals and contracts.
