Job summary

Carollo Engineers in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will direct design, budgets, schedules, and client coordination for major plant expansions and transmission system upgrades.

With 15+ years in the field and PE licensure, you will mentor teams, prepare reports, and ensure technical quality from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 15+ years in water and wastewater infrastructure with PM experience.
• Professional Engineer registration.
• Experience with design and construction phases and budget/schedule control.
• Strong communication with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction phases for water/wastewater projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations.
• Direct sub-teams and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Prepare reports, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Develop client relationships and mentor staff.
