Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer to support growth in the Great Lakes area. You will design water and wastewater facilities, lead projects, and ensure budget and schedule adherence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, 10–15 years of wastewater design experience in environmental consulting, and a proven track record delivering mid-sized projects with high quality results.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of wastewater design experience in environmental consulting.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience managing medium-sized projects with budget/schedule responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Experience with wastewater treatment plants and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design water and wastewater facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct engineering work on small to medium projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate assignments.
• Support client relations and assist in proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with subconsultants and participate in professional associations.
• Travel as required.
