Job summary
HNTB Corporation in Arlington, VA is seeking a senior engineer with strong leadership to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary transportation and water resource projects. The role oversees scope, budget, and schedule, mentors junior staff, coordinates with clients and partners, and helps win work through proposals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 7+, or PhD with 6+ years.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; strong leadership and project delivery skills.
- Experience delivering municipality, federal site/civil and water resource projects.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and manage cross-discipline teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead discipline delivery on large multi-disciplinary projects.
- Mentor and train junior staff and coordinate with clients and teaming partners.
- Develop scope, schedule, and budgets; review team work for quality.
- Assist with marketing responsibilities including proposal generation.
