Job summary

HDR is in search of a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to strengthen our Water Resources team in Houston, TX. The role demands expertise in water supply, flood risk management, and environmental restoration.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience and extensive knowledge in handling environmental planning projects along with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation are offered, ranging from $100,000 to $195,000 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Technical and/or field experience dealing with environmental impact issues, permit processes, and documentation.
• Self-starter attitude with commitment to participation in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct planning and environmental compliance projects for federal agencies.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete required studies and documents.

Leadership experience
