Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water Resources Project Manager for our Columbus, OH office to lead ecosystem restoration and green infrastructure projects across Ohio and nearby states.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and drive project conceptualization through delivery. The role focuses on stream channel restoration, dam removal, wetland and floodplain restoration, and nature-based stormwater practices.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Water Resources, Environmental, or Ecological Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and working knowledge of stream morphology, hydrology, and landscape ecology.
Experience in preparing stream and wetland restoration construction plans, bid document preparation, and technical specifications.

Mansioni

Work as an engineer of record to support ecosystem restoration projects.
Provide ongoing mentorship to early and mid-career staff.
Business Development
Prepare/review grading plans, quantity calculations, erosion control plans, cost estimates, technical specifications, and bid document preparation.
Conduct hydrologic assessments, water balances, and data analysis in support of restoration designs.
Construction administration
Manage clients and engage in business development opportunities to foster client relationships.
