Civil & Environmental Consultants, in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Senior Water Resources Project Manager to lead ecosystem restoration projects throughout Ohio and surrounding states. You will provide technical leadership, manage teams, and advance design and delivery within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities include acting as engineer of record, mentoring staff, business development, and preparing grading, erosion control, and bid documents, with a focus on stream

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Water Resources, Environmental, or Ecological Engineering; master's preferred.
• Professional Engineer License (P.E.) in Ohio.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and hydrology concepts.
• Experience preparing restoration construction plans and bid documents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as engineer of record for restoration projects.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Business development responsibilities.
• Prepare grading, erosion control plans, cost estimates, and bid documents.
• Conduct hydrologic assessments and design stream channels and wetlands.
• Construction administration and client relationship management.
