Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Engineering in Baton Rouge, LA to lead multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure projects from scope through delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering with 12 years of experience and 4 years of engineering project management; PE and PMP or related credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.
• PE, PMP or related professional credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts per HNTB's SCA.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan using SDA; lead the development and execution of the project management plan.
• Oversee project staffing, including recruitment, development and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders to support business development for mega projects.
