Qualifications

Skills

10+ years of experience in Water Resources project delivery

Robust communication, written and verbal skills

Proficient in project management and supervision

Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and 2D Modeling software

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering

PE License in Louisiana or ability to obtain within 6 months
