The LiRo Group is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer in Edison, NJ to lead hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, oversee project development, and mentor junior staff. This strategic growth position requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 8–25 years of water resource experience, particularly with DOT projects. Qualifications

• 8–25 years of relevant water resource experience, including DOT project exposure.
• Demonstrated experience with NJDOT, NJDEP, NYSDOT, and/or NYSDEC standards.
• NJ PE required; NY PE strongly preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for bridge and roadway projects.
• Perform watershed modeling and peak flow analysis using HEC-HMS.
• Develop HEC-RAS models for floodplain analysis.
