IMEG is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer (Water) in Billings, MT to lead civil design efforts for moderate to complex projects and support delivery of larger, high-complexity programs. You will direct engineering analyses, oversee designs, and mentor team members while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required and PE license required.
• 7+ years of experience in building design consulting, water resources preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of civil engineering project features.
• Provide technical oversight and mentor project team members.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and quality control processes.
• Support project budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
