Job summary

IMEG Corp. is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer in Billings, MT to lead civil engineering design efforts for water-related projects within a hybrid, full-time role.

The position emphasizes client relationships, project leadership, and mentoring within an ESOP environment. You will work on survey, tribal, and public works markets, directing analysis, design, and implementation oversight while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required; PE license required.
• 7+ years in building design or civil engineering consulting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of civil engineering features using Civil 3D.
• Oversee site design and provide technical oversight to teams.
• Develop client relationships and communicate technical information.
• Perform design reviews and ensure quality control.
• Mentor staff and contribute to project interviews and proposals.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
