Qualifications

• Experience managing municipal projects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Project manager for municipal projects and negotiate with clients.
• Plan, schedule, billings, and reports for major projects.
• Perform preliminary engineering design and review staff work.
• Coordinate with external clients and staff to meet deadlines.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee hydrologic/hydraulic models and reporting.
