Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (Civil, Water Resources) required.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Florida with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong project management experience including budget, schedule and deliverables.
• Experience working with municipalities, water management districts, and other water agencies.
• Good technical writing, computer and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manager for multiple municipal projects; negotiates with clients and sub-consultants.
• Plans, schedules, billings, reports; coordinates detailed phases of complex projects.
• Preforms preliminary design or reviews design/drafting by juniors.
• Leads external client meetings to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Prepares cost and man-hour estimates, budgets and schedules.
• Quality control and guidance of junior staff on hydrologic/hydraulic models and methods.
• Oversees preparation of final plans, design reports, and modeling reports for approval.
• Coordinates work with engineers and professionals inside and outside own discipline.
