Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. in Bedford, New Hampshire, is seeking a Senior or Principal Water Resources Engineer to lead complex urban stormwater and surface water projects with onsite or hybrid options.

The role involves advanced hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, green infrastructure planning, and regulatory support. You will mentor staff, contribute to business development, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering with emphasis on water resources (required).
• Advanced degree in related field (desirable).
• Professional registration (PE) (required).
• 8+ years (10+ preferred) of relevant experience; lead generation and business development experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support municipal stormwater and water resources projects.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations.
• Design stormwater best management practices.
• Prepare technical reports and permit submittals.
• Prepare proposals for new assignments and support bidding.
• Provide litigation support related to Clean Water Act compliance.
• Manage multiple projects and mentor staff.
• Support business development and client relations.
