Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead hydrologic and hydraulic modeling efforts across multiple river and site projects. You will guide a team, collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, and CAD disciplines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires a PE license, a BS in Civil Engineering, and 8+ years of relevant experience. Minneapolis, MN is preferred with hybrid work options and a strong focus on client

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in water resources engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tasks and review modeling work.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD teams to produce plans and specs.
• Manage projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Mentor staff and participate in professional organizations.
• Develop and present market-specific papers and presentations.
