Cogent Analytics seeks a highly experienced Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead the Easton, PA office and grow the dam-focused portfolio. The role combines technical leadership with business development and client relationship management in water resources.

Ideal candidates will hold a PE license and bring 15+ years of dam design, rehabilitation, safety inspections, permitting, and compliance experience, with a proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.

• PE license required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources with a focus on dams.
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including client interactions, budgets, and regulatory approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Easton, PA office with oversight from leadership.
• Take over and manage ongoing dam-related projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Develop new business opportunities in dam safety, rehabilitation, and water resources.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for dam-related projects, including inspections, design, permitting, and compliance.
• Maintain and build relationships with local/regional clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
• Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team.
• Handle basic office management duties with support from San Antonio staff.
